Very good position of the pension, in the old town city, near the clock tower and five minutes walking to the private beach which is very suggestive. The owners are very kind and always at your disposal. Rooms are homely, and whenever you need it they clean them up for you. They also organize, if you are intrested, daily trips in the neighbour area of Antalya, which are amaizing places. We visited a couple and we found them marvelous. Also the breakfast is very good and rich. Breafly, we suggest this pension to every one, pears or families. In fact, if we ever decide to come back to Antalya, we surely gonna choose this place again!!!
Ozmen Pension is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Quiet location, no city noise. Spacious double room with balcony, air conditioning, tv. The staff is very friendly, attentive, responsive. Really enjoyed breakfast on the roof with spectacular views of the sea. I highly recommend this pension. It was a wonderful vacation. Many thanks to all the staff !!!
I really liked the hospitable and helpful attitude of the staff, especially that of the owner, Aziz, who always arranged everything for us. For us the pension proved to be a perfect place to experience life in the old city. By accident we became part of a Henna Night, which is a traditional party with great music and dancing before the day of the wedding.
Really friendly largely English speaking team. It felt like joining the family. Stunning breakfast venue on the roof overlooking the bay, with cracking food to start the day, and a good place to chill with a beer in the evening.Good position tucked away in the old part of the city, and not overlooking a tourist highway. Friendly and functional, not your stand off boutique hotel. Oh, and the landlady wears a different dress every time you see her. Great! (Although that may change in school term time.)
Can't think of anything
I liked the location in the beautiful old town and the views from the terrace of the sea and mountains. The hotel is surrounded by quirky shops and good places to eat and is only a 5 minute walk to the bazaars, 2 minutes to the harbour and just 5-10 minutes from Hadrian's gate and the tram. All of the staff were helpful and very friendly and gave us a great start to our holiday - thank you very much!
I forgot to mention that breakfast on the terrace was to die for. Plates of fresh fruit, cheese, bread, olives, veg, cereal, jams. The rooms were clean but the bathroom was a little small.
the room is pretty big and the breakfast is rich.
We received a very bad treatment regarding the payment: first of all they tell us that we could not pay with credit card, which was not true. They tried to let us pay with cash (loosing one morning going around to withdraw money) just because they didn't want to pay commission to the bank, so they wanted US to pay it, and they applied a wrong exchange rate euro-lt (2.6 while everywhere was 2.45). At the end the lady was even upset because she didn't manage to cheat us. They also proposed us some day tours around, but the fee was more or less the double we could find in every travel agency in Antalya. The same for taxis for and to the airport (they asked 20eu we paied 13). We felt like they were trying to get as much money as they could from us but not in a clear way, not really customer friendly. Even if the facilities are pretty nice, we didn't feel comfortable staying there.
The staff has been friendly and very very kind. It' s a perfect accomodation for visiting antalya.
Ozmen Pension is a very nice pension, in the centre of the old city called Kaleici. In the middle of Antalya. Next to the small harbour. It's a real family business. Nice people who are there for you when you need them. The rooms are also nice, not luxurious or anything, but everything you need is there, including air conditioning and a tv. You decide when you want them to clean your room, or when you want fresh towels or anything else. Every morning you can eat a very good and healthy breakfast, with fruits, yoghurt, fresh bread etc. This all with an breathtaking view over the ocean and the old city on the top of the roof. We stayed there for 2 weeks and the pension was better then we thought because it isn't that expensive.
The only thing I can think of that we didn't like was when they needed us for something like writing on this page, they where extremely friendly and a bit pushy about is. And after a week of being there when you needed something and they had to get up from the couch or anything they where noticeable less friendly. After all, I would still recommend this pension to anyone, they are still very nice and good people, but this was the only thing that irritated us sometimes.
I stayed that hotel foe 5 days the management was great in small management they tried to well services very near with most attractions point near by tram and busses stop located main tourism point. Hi speed WiFi available for each floor my next plan will be same hotel
Thıs hotel was an excellent budget optıon. They pıcked me up from the hotel as planned. Ozman and hıs staff were very frıendly and eager to please. The vıew from the balcony was nıce, and breakfast was delıcıous. One of hıs staff came to a camera shop wıth me to help me buy a charger for my camera on hıs own tıme. As a female solo tourıst I felt safe. Thıs ıs not a luzury place, but an excellent optıon for the budget traveller.
We were transferred to their next door sister concern Bachhus Hotel upon arrival, so the review is for Bachhus Hotel. Best part of this hotel is it's location right within the city center and the super-friendly staff. I must mention Mr. Adam and Mr. Muzaffar for their coordination and 24/7 "service with a smile". Mr. Adam took us to the fabulous city ruins tour and acted as historian as well :) Roof top terrace where they serve breakfast had mesmerizing view of the Mediterranean! Apart from this the hotel has just the very basic facilities so don't expect Grohe fittings or granite floorings, but anyway good value for money.
They should pay a little attention to the rest room fittings.
The terrace where they serve breakfast was nice. We used to drink a beer there in the evening before dinner. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of savoury and sweet items.
The room was very old and it was not what we expected after having seen the pictures on Booked.net.
Very friendly personnel. Great location in the old town and nearby the small private beach and harbour. Nice terrace with a view over the sea.
We loved having breakfast every morning on the top floor with beautiful sea view and wide range to eat at buffet breakfast. Great location close to all bazaars and shops and the beach and close to main bus station which is so cheap to travel to places. Staff very friendly and helpful to all our needs thanks to aziz and his wife and rest of his staff we had a great comfortable time will definabtly come back again to same hotel. We woke up every morning with sound of birds and the call to prayer of near by mosque so nice and peaceful!
Only thing I can recommend if they get some baby chairs at breakfast found it hard to control my baby that's all otherwise no complaints
Deniz & her staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. They organised a tour for me with good driver, provided a city map, booked my flight, offered refreshments, and were always concerned for my wellbeing. Breakfast selection good and nice views from rooftop restaurant. Pension in a great location, very quiet and my ground floor room easily accessible.
Wireless internet was slow and a small refrigerator in the room would have been a bonus. This is not a complaint though - I was happy and the service more than made up for anything that wasn't available.
